This SMS/Text Messaging Privacy & Disclosure Statement explains how Legacy Preservation Law (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent provided by users (“you”). This statement is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements, and the policies of RingCentral, our SMS service provider.

1. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number, checking any SMS opt-in box, or otherwise requesting SMS communication from us, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Legacy Preservation Law at the mobile number you provide. Your consent is not required to make a purchase.

Message types may include:

2. Message Frequency & Carrier Rates
